This is an extremely rare 2014 postseason base from NLDS Game 1 of the Giants Championship run, when they'd win their 3rd title in 5 years. The Giants would win NLDS Game 1 by a score of 3-2, and eventually would win the series 3 games to 1 over the heavily favored Nationals (who had the #1 seed in the playoffs). This third base was onthe field for innings four through six, for Brandon Belt's RBI single that scored Hunter Pence, and also for Hunter Strickland's bases loaded strikeout of Ian Desmond that preserved the Giants slim lead. It is extremely hard to find Giants postseason bases from their championship runs, and this one has a beautiful large "Postseason" logo on it (before they discontinued the logos in 2018).
