Up for bid is a locker plate used during the 2019 ALCS at Minute Maid Park.  This was authenticated after Game 1 on October 12, 2019.  The same locker plates were used for World Series Game 2 and 6.  The Astros went on to beat the Yankees in Game 6 following Jose Altuve's walk off Home Run off Ardolis Chapman.  T
he locker plate measures 6" by 6" and was used in the locker room in the place of the spot about the locker where the player's number usually is.  See photo showing where these would have been used in the Astros and visiting team locker rooms.
For the ALCS, each player's number was on the actual name plate instead of a separate 6" by 6" piece!   The plate includes official 2019 ALCS logo!  The plate is in great condition and only shows minor wear on the edges from being slid in the locker holder.
This was purchased directly from the Houston Astros and Astros Authentics program.  The plate is authenticated by Major League Baseball!
