Child's vintage sweater from the 1970s
New old stock with the size and fabric tag attached
Most of body, sleeves, neck and hem are a bright green and rusty brown space dyed wool
Body and arms are knit in a stocking stitch
Hem, sleeve cuffs and neck are knit is a wide rib stitch
Pull on over the head style
High neck that is 1 7/8" wide
Long sleeves with a 2 1/4" long sleeve cuff
Cuffs have a wide band of dark brown on the outer edge and a beige stripe on the inner edge
Hem is 2" long and is also accented with the dark brown and beige stripes
Color block and pattern on the front of the sweater
Color block is 3 3/4" long and has a light beige background with a dark brown stripe on each outer edge
Middle of color block is a knitted ethnic bird pattern scene in a light blue and light purple
Back of sweater is plain space dyed
Brand name is Sire Jr.
