Description

A rivet gun is a nice tool to have if you want a quick permanent fastening when you can only reach one side of the material. The fasteners are called rivets and they consist of a head on one end and a cylindrical shaft with a flat base. The fasteners are used in automobile chassis applications, airplane manufacturing, infrastructure projects and many more projects when you need a strong connection.
This rivet tool has one thing that other hand riveters do not have and that is extra long handles. These long handles provide excellent leverage and allow you to work beyond natural reach. It takes the hard work out of setting large diameter blind rivets. The riveter also has a longer nose piece that allows you to get into hard to reach areas. Use it to replace automotive window regulators and glass stop rivets and door handle rivets.
Other features include a patented bearing design, self-adjusting two-piece jaws and single-unit body construction with a steel insert to provide stronger threads for the nose pieces included. Features a double-gear reduction system which easily sets from 1/8" to 1/4" diameter rivets in all alloys. One-piece collet case eliminates the need to adjust the tool when changing rivet diameters
Extra long handles provide great leverage and permit working a foot beyond natural reach
