The intake valves are forged from quality HNV8 stainless steel, while the exhaust valves are forged from premium 21-4N material to withstand the extra heat and stress. The valves have hard-chromed stems and machined heads. They are designed to take a beating, with large seat margins which allows more than one regrind.
