Vintage Early Charge Plate With Original Leather Cover Balto Md Charga-Plate. Will ship USPS Priority Mail. This is in good Vintage condition, hardy any ware. Very early charge plate, came with a beautiful leather cover, in a reddish brown color. Small about 2 1/2" x 1 1/2". The cover is stamped Baltimore, Md. On the other side, Charga-Plate, Account Services, Inc. The plate silver color, with Name & Address, and a two digit zip code. Along with the account number. The back is inset cardboard, Charga-Plate, Account Service, Inc. Baltimore 1, Maryland. And a slogan,"Speedy!, Accurate!, Convenient!". Clean, never signed.  Nice piece, very nice leather case.
